All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted, one-of-a-kind nature of each DINO bag, we do not accept returns for change of mind or minor natural variations. Returns or replacements are accepted only for manufacturing defects or items materially different from what was pictured — contact us within 7 days of delivery at dinobyyourside@gmail.com.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking confirmation by email. DINO is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit — please contact your carrier directly.
