Processing Time Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Each DINO bag is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece and is carefully packaged before dispatch.

Shipping Methods Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages DINO is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact your carrier directly. If your item was damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
