Return & Refund Policy

All DINO bags are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted pieces. Due to the unique nature of each bag, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or minor variations in color or texture that are natural characteristics of handmade goods.

We will accept returns or offer a replacement in the following cases only:

• The bag has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality
• The item received is materially different from what was pictured at the time of purchase

If your bag qualifies under either condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos documenting the issue. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
